Bhd. with the company registration number of (1510669-W) and its affiliates (individually and collectively, “JIFF”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how your Personal Data is collected, used, processed and disclosed when you register into our platform (JIFF and JIFF App) or use the products, features and services provided through the platform.

1.2 This Privacy Policy applies to all our users, including business clients, consumers, delivery agents, storage agents, merchants and resellers with active Account on our platform. 

1.3 “Personal Data/Personal Information” refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify an individual, provided to or collected by JIFF. This includes but not limited to your name, identification number, contact information, house/billing address, bank information and vehicle information.

1.4 Your personal data are collected, used, processed and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy with your consent and under applicable law. This is part of the terms that you must agree in order to create an account for the access to our platform and the service provided by us.

1.5 You understand that as a parent or legal guardian, it is your responsibility to restrict the minors under your care from providing their personal data to us. Any disclosure of minor’s personal data to JIFF will be recorded as you hereby consented to the collection, use and processing of the minor’s personal data and agree to be bound by this Policy. You
acknowledge that you take full responsibility for the minor’s activity on the platform.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE FOR YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO BE COLLECTED, USED AND PROCESSED AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT CREATE AN ACCOUNT, ACCESS OUR PLATFORM OR USE THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY US.

(g) you place an order for items to be delivered to your location on our platform

(e) to personalise your App preference

(g) for identification, verification, due diligence or know your customer (KYC)

(h) to conduct research and analysis for the purpose of improving the quality of our products and services to enhance user experience

(i) to respond to legal processes under necessary circumstances for such disclosure of information as required by any applicable law

(j) to ensure the safety and security of our platform, the services provided by us and the users who use our platform and services

(k) to give you access to the Smart Lockers services

(l) any other purposes that will be notified by JIFF at any time.

4. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1 “Disclosure” refers to the sharing of users’ personal data with other parties to enhance or facilitate the operation and functionality of a service, platform or its software.

4.2 The disclosure of your personal data by JIFF to other parties will be done for the abovementioned purposes. The parties include:

(a) our subsidiaries, affiliates and related corporations

(b) delivery agents who may require your information such as but not limited to name, phone number and house address to deliver items

(c) storage agents who may require your information such as but not limited to name or phone number to facilitate the process of storing, handling and hand-over your items

(d) merchants who may require your information to confirm and update item availability, and to arrange the shipment or delivery of your order to your location

(e) consumers who may need to connect with merchants to check on purchased items, with riders for delivery updates, or with storage agents for package pickups

(f) business clients who may need to connect with the agents for pick-up, drop-off, transactions, and/or tracking of items

(g) third parties that works in hand with JIFF in the operation or management of Smart Lockers for user access purposes such as delivery of items to the lockers, storing of items in the locker and collection of items from the locker

(h) other third parties that work with or are in contact with JIFF in the operation and management of the platform and the services provided through the platform.

4.3 JIFF may disclose your personal data, through your use of the platform and the services we provide, to third-party service providers and other users of the platform and services. 

4.4 JIFF is not liable for, and cannot guarantee, the security of your personal data or other personal information that you provide on third-party sites that are not operated or controlled by JIFF (Warehouse Express Sdn Bhd)

5. COOKIES

5.1 “Cookies” refers to small data files that are stored on your device whenever you visit our platform.

5.2 The use of Cookies enables the system of our platform to recognize your device and activities or preferences, which enhances user experience as well as track your platform interactions for analytical and marketing purposes.

5.3 You have the control to either enable or disable the Cookies through the platform setting when requested. You acknowledge that disabling cookies may limit your use of certain features on our platform.
